On this our nation’s birthday I hope every one takes a moment to remember why this is the greatest country the world has ever known.

No entry today. The Cards play last night does not deserved to be talked about. And to be truthful, I missed the entire game but the bottom half of the 9th. I read two full recaps of the game, and I was not impressed. So nothing about the Cardinals today. Just go out, eat some burgers and hot dogs, some corn on the cob, and some apple pie. And enjoy the full day ahead of baseball. And at night, watch some fireworks. Like Apu said, “July 4th is the time when we celebrate our Nation’s birth, by blowing up a small piece of it.” Happy Birthday America!
